Are you more interested in a fully Vegetarian Christmas this year or are you catering for your oddball daughter and her hairy boyfriend coming home from college. Whichever, who better to guide you through a vegetarian Christmas than the master himself, Denis Cotter! This is an alternative to the nut roast you had planned. Beautiful seasonal vegetables take centre stage with recipes such as salad of braised quince and leeks, with watercress, hazelnuts, Knocklara and a rosehip dressing or even turnip gallette with Portobello and pecan filling and red wine gravy. Join us for the day to have a festive vegetarian lunch and take recipes away that are not just for Christmas!!
