Food the Waterford Way – Comeragh Lamb Dinner

Dungarvan is situated at the foot of the Comeragh mountains and so we are very lucky to have Comeragh Mountain Lamb on our doorstep. We are inspired by Nose to Tail eating and the seasons and so we use the whole animal and let this be the inspiration for our dishes. Enjoy an elegant dinner in a very sociable environment where Paul will cook his favourite summertime lamb dishes for you to enjoy.
Always great fun and very sociable, it takes place in the Tannery Cookery School and its a shared table event. There will be a kitchen table also. This event is ticketed and pre-paid €55 per person. Tickets are non-refundable (because we have limited availability). Seating is not allocated but we will try our best to seat groups together. It kicks of at 7.30 pm sharp and because everyone is served together, we would be very grateful if you could be on time.
