DESCRIPTION:Waving bye bye to your offspring as they move into the big wide world of college life is tough enough\, but worrying about how they will fend for themselves in the cooking stakes is another story.  This morning demo will show the kids how its cheaper\, and healthier to cook for themselves rather than exist on noodles and takeaways.  They will also become the most popular housemates if they can cobble together a tasty dinner out of a few ingredients.
