The email used for the course booking is the point of contact we will use for any communication.

Course Cancellations

We try to be as understanding as possible with course cancellations and we always appreciate notice.
We are unable to offer refunds for courses booked but if we are given enough notice, we offer the credit to be used at another time, usually within 6 months of the cancellation. We take each cancellation on a case by case basis and use our discretion. Please try to give us adequate notice as sometimes when a few people cancel off a course, it makes the day unviable for us to run.

If you cancel a re-booked course ie a second cancellation, unfortunately you will forfeit the course. If this happens, try to get someone else a friend or family member to do it in your place rather than waste the place.

We reserve the right to cancel events and we also try to also give adequate notice. In this case if we cancel, we will offer a refund or reschedule.

In the event of a government guideline restricting you from travelling to a cookery course booked, we will offer you the credit to use another time.

Cancelling and rescheduling courses has been a headache throughout the pandemic.  We make every effort to reschedule the courses cancelled and give adequate notice of the new date.  If you are unable to attend the new rescheduled date, please give let us know asap (not a few days before the course!).  Unfortunately we are no longer in a position to offer credit for courses cancelled last minute when adequate notice of new date was given.

Gift Vouchers

We are very flexible with gift vouchers purchased.  There is no expiry date and gift vouchers may be used in the Tannery Restaurant, Townhouse or Cookery School.  Because of this, all gift vouchers have a cash value.

Please look after your gift voucher as we are unable to issue duplicate gift vouchers for vouchers misplaced.

We do not offer refunds for gift vouchers purchased in any circumstances.
