The email used for the course booking is the point of contact we will use for any communication.

Course Cancellations

We try to be as understanding as possible with course cancellations and we always appreciate notice.
We are unable to offer refunds for courses booked but if we are given enough notice (two weeks or more), we offer the credit to be used at another time, usually within 6 months of the cancellation. We take each cancellation on a case by case basis and use our discretion. Please try to give us adequate notice as sometimes when a few people cancel off a course, it makes the day unviable for us to run.  Cancelling off a course with a few days notice is really difficult for us and so we have had to introduce a two week cancellation policy to allow us some chance of re-selling the place.

If you cancel a re-booked course ie a second cancellation, unfortunately you will forfeit the course. If this happens, try to get someone else a friend or family member to do it in your place rather than waste the place.

We reserve the right to cancel events and we also try to also give adequate notice. In this case if we cancel, we will offer a refund or reschedule.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers purchased may be used in the Tannery Restaurant, Townhouse or Cookery School.  Gift Vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase.

Please look after your gift voucher as we are unable to re-issue vouchers which are misplaced, lost or stolen.

We do not offer refunds for gift vouchers purchased in any circumstances.
