Irish Times Readers Evening

The Tannery, together with the Irish Times has a Readers Evening event on Thursday 18th November.

On the cusp of our 25th year in business, Paul will introduce the menu and give some insights into the Tannery’s journey over the years.  Hopefully there will be few laughs, great food and great company. We will be joined by Russ Parsons, the former food editor of the Los Angeles Times who now resides in Waterford.  A seasonal cocktail on arrival will be followed by a set menu with some of Paul’s favorite dishes that feature local producers.

Canapés

Crab créme brulee, pickled cucumber, cornerstone toast

Beef cheek in Blackrock stout, pumpkin, watercress and granola
