A Taste of the Camino with Rias Baixas Wines and Aoife Carrigy

The more I travel to Spain the more I love it. The beautiful diversity of its regions and deliciousness of its food and wine continue to astound me.

Join me in the Tannery cookery school as I cook some of my favourite Spanish dishes accompanied by Rias Baixas wine. Aoife Carrigy out Spanish wine guru will talk us though the different wines we will be having on the evening. It’s guaranteed to be a night of fun and great food.
