Its that time of the year again when we start to think about BBQs.  This course is designed for people who like to make their BBQ the main event.  So its not just about the meat, its about the sides, the salads and how to cater for a crowd using a BBQ.  Fingers crossed for fine weather and of course as always, this years course features lunch in the garden.
