Kicking off 2016 in the Cookery School, our first course of the year is a perennial favourite. A full day demo with Paul demonstrating his favourite recipes for cooking for friends and family at home. Brush up your culinary repetoire with new and interesting dishes which can be adapted to entertaining if you wish. Finish with a convivial late lunch in the Tannery Cookery School dining room.
