The food festival is back, communal dining is back and so our traditional kitchen feast is back in the Cookery School on Friday 10th June. This is a shared table event and there will be a table in the cookery school kitchen.

Potato and wild garlic soup
Ham hock, chicken and foie gras terrine, Dún bakery toast
Roast Duck leg, cassoulet and choucroute, spiced Duck fat potatoes
Elderflower pannacotta, strawberries and meringue
