Before the summer kicks in properly, what better way to spend a (hopefully) sunny Saturday than with a Seafood Course in the Tannery Cookery School.  Explore the techniques that take the mystery out of cooking fish.  Learn the best sauces to complement your fish dishes and while you are at it, bring home the recipes for some classic Tannery seafood dishes such as our famous Crab Crème Brulee.  Finish with a fishy late lunch.
