Our three day intensive course proved very popular last year. Long enough to really feel the benefit but not too long to be away from home or work. This three day intensive course is a mix of demo and practical where Paul and Michael Quinn will share their combined 50 years of restaurant and chef experience with you. This course is not for a beginner, but for a proficient cook who wants to be challenged, inspired and taught secrets of a restaurant kitchen which can be adapted to home.
