30^th year means for bookings, vouchers and the future of The Tannery, so we’ve answered the key ones below.

When will the restaurant close?
The final restaurant service at The Tannery will take place on 1 January 2027.

Will The Tannery Townhouse stay open?
Yes. The Townhouse will remain an important part of The Tannery’s future, operating on a seasonal basis from spring 2027.

How far in advance can I make a booking?

You can book online on our website 90 days in advance. For longer dates or larger groups, please email us at bookings@tannery.ie

What happens next?

The Tannery Townhouse will continue, and we will be serving dinner to our Tannery Townhouse guests from Spring 2027.

What about the cookery School?

The Tannery Cookery School will continue, and the Spring 2027 schedule of courses will appear on the website later this year. We will continue to host corporate/ offsite team days and private groups.

Gift Vouchers

For the remainder of this year 2026, we have extended the expiry date on existing vouchers and will accept vouchers dated from 1 January 2020.

We will continue to accept gift Tannery Gift Vouchers in the Tannery Townhouse and Cookery School from 2027 under the normal five year expiry terms.
