Full Day Practical
Valerie O’Connor returns to the Tannery Cookery school where she will run a full day breadmaking course featuring recipes from her book ‘Bread on the Table” such as basic white dough, sage and onion plait, a classic foccacia and black pudding and apple scones amongst other favourite recipes. Valerie’s last course in the Tannery Cookery School in September 2014 was a huge success which we hope to replicate.
