Breadmaking with Valerie O’Connor

What could be nicer on a cold February day than the satisfying feeling that comes from baking your own bread. Valerie O’Connor returns to the Tannery Cookery school where she will run a full day breadmaking course featuring recipes from her book ‘Bread on the Table” such as  basic white dough, sage and onion plait, a classic foccacia and black pudding and apple scones amongst other favourite recipes.
