Is fish your thing? Like me, do you love the look of that briny freshness that begs to be cooked and eaten accompanied by a delicious crisp white wine. This is the course for you. We will show you how to fillet, cook and appreciate different fish and shellfish. Make chowders, bouillabaisse, simple whole baked fish and stunning sauces to go with them. Discover lesser known varieties that are beautiful to eat and kind to the pocket. Take the mystery our of fish cookery with this stunning course that is close to my heart.
