Taste of the Middle East – Demonstration

Middle Eastern food is certainly fashionable at the moment with Ottolenghi leading the posse. If any of you have had the pleasure of visiting his London restaurants or even watching his TV shows, you will have seen and tasted the exotic world of his cuisine. We are inspired by Ottolenghi quite a bit and so this course will focus on the wealth of flavours of Middle Eastern Cuisine.
